Journeying with the Magi
As we approach Christmas, St. Andrew's Church will be hosting it's annual Advent study group, where like-minded Christians meet to talk about a particular book. The meetings are led (meaning you don't need to have bought and read the book!) and people are invited to participate as they wish, or to simply listen to the discussion. Each week is a standalone session so people can just turn up when they are able.
- Who is this for: The meetings are open to all ages but are particularly suited to those aged 18 and over
- When: Meetings held on Thursday the 5th, 12th and 19th December, beginning at 7:30pm and typically last between 60 - 90 minutes
- Where: All meetings will be held at St. Andrew's Church, Harrow Road, Sudbury, HA0 2QA
This year we will be discussing Journeying with the Magi. The is a fresh approach to thinking and praying about our own inner journey through Advent. Each session includes a time for worship, silence, discussion and inspirational readings, prayers and liturgies from the Celtic tradition, focusing on the theme of spiritual journeying.
